INGREDIENTS
1/2 onion diced
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tspn oregano
1 teaspoon Texas Gourmet’s Sweet Chipotle Season All
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Saute onion over med heat with olive oil until clear, about 3 to 4 minutes, add garlic, saute for 2 minutes, add in the tomato sauce and other ingredients, cover and reduce heat to a simmer, cook for approx. 15 min, then remove from heat.
Serve hot, and spoon over meatloaf and mashed potatoes
