
INGREDIENTS
1/2 onion diced
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
3 Tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp Texas Gourmet’s Sweet Chipotle Season All
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Sauté onion over medium heat with olive oil until clear about 3 – 4 minutes, add garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, add in the tomato sauce and other ingredients, cover and reduce heat to a simmer, cook for approximately 15 min, then remove from heat. Serve hot, and spoon over meatloaf and mashed potatoes
