Bone in Ham
Jalapeno Kiwi Jelly

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place a bone in ham on a wire rack in a baking pan. Score the top of the ham if it is not already spiral cut. Brush Jalapeno Kiwi Jelly on top of ham and cover with foil. Place in preheated oven. Bake for 2- 2 1/2 hours, basting every 25 – 30 minutes. Remove foil from ham and baste with collected juices in pan. Increase the temperature of the oven to 400 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes uncovered. Continue to baste the ham every 5 min to allow a glaze to form on the ham.

Serve with sourdough rolls, honey mustard, or horseradish mayo for awesome sweet & spicy sandwiches.
