Jalapeño Kiwi Ham Glaze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place a bone in ham (ham Shank) on a wire rack in a baking pan. Score the top of the ham if it is not already spiral cut. Brush Jalapeno Kiwi Jelly on top of ham and cover with foil. Place preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 2- 2 1/2 hours or until meat starts to pull away from the bone. Remove foil from ham and baste with collected juices in pan. Increase the temperature of the oven to 400 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes uncovered. This will allow a glaze to form on the ham.
Serve with sourdough rolls, honey mustard, or horseradish for awesome sweet & hot sandwiches.
