INGREDIENTS
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon – Dry Mustard
2 Teaspoons – Texas Gourmet Sweet Chipotle Season All
1 Jalapeno (seeded and diced)
4 slices of crisp fried bacon, cut into 1” squares

PREPARATION

For perfect eggs with no green center (caused by overcooking) place 12 eggs in a large pan and cover with 3″ of water. (any number of eggs, same directions) Start with cold water. Place on burner over medium high heat and immediately start timing for exactly 20 minutes. When water comes to a hard boil reduce heat to medium for duration of cooking time. After 20 minutes remove from heat.

Pour hot water from the pan and fill the pan with cold water and ice cubes to cool eggs. After 30 minutes, Gently crack and peel the eggs. Slice in half and scrape out yolks into a mixing bowl. Blend the remaining ingredients well and fill egg halves. Place 2 pieces of bacon on each egg half representing wings, Chill well before serving.
