Spiced Peach & Amber Ale Grilled Chicken

The Texas Gourmet’s Spiced Peach & Amber Ale Sauce

You can use any part of the chicken, breasts and thighs are great. Simply place the chicken pieces on a preheated and seasoned charcoal or gas grill indirectly at approximately 325 degrees. Brush on a little of the Texas Gourmet’s Spiced Peach and Amber Ale Sauce and shut the lid. Keep covered, turn every 8 to 10 minutes and brush with the sauce each time you turn them. Cook approximately 40 to 50 minutes, or until a digital meat thermometer reads 160 degrees internal temperature. Remove from grill to a platter and cover tightly with foil for 8 to 10 minutes to rest the meat. Serve with your favorite sides.
