Grilled Shrimp with ​Spiced Peach & Amber Ale Glaze

The Texas Gourmet’s Spiced Peach & Amber Ale Sauce
The Texas Gourmet’s Pineapple Mango Pico de Gallo
Veggies (optional)
Bacon (optional)

Peel and devein your shrimp, from there you can place on a skewer with some sliced pineapple and your favorite veggies or wrap with a thin slice of bacon and toothpick to hold it in place (only use enough bacon to wrap around the shrimp one time).

Grill indirectly on a preheated and seasoned gas or charcoal grill at 325 degrees, basting with the sauce when turning. Remove from the fire to a platter when shrimp are done and cover tightly with foil for 5 to 6 minutes to rest the shrimp. Serve with Texas Gourmet’s Pineapple Mango Pico de Gallo and your favorite sides.
