INGREDIENTS
3/4 lb. Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 Red Bell pepper (seeded & chopped)
1/4 lb. Feta cheese (crumbled)
2 T. Dry white wine
1 T. Thyme
3 Green onions
1/2 Cup Texas Gourmets Lemon Rosemary Grilling Sauce
3 Large garlic cloves minced
1/2 Cup Kalamata olives (pitted & sliced)
2 Tsp. Lemon juice
3/4 lb. Farfalle Pasta (cooked)
3/4 lb. Bay shrimp (cooked)

PREPARATION
Mix first 10 ingredients in a bowl. Add pasta and shrimp and toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
