
INGREDIENTS
1/2 container or 1 1/2 lbs Velveta or other processed cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 Jar of your favorite Salsa
2 chopped green onions
1 Tbs fresh chopped cilantro
1 Fresh, seeded and diced jalapeño
PREPARATION
Heat cheese with milk in a double boiler (you can use 2 pots), fill large pot 1/3 full of water, place smaller pot inside the large one and bring to a boil. Place cheese and milk inside the small pot. Stir the cheese as it melts and until mixed well. Add the salsa, and other ingredients. Stir and serve hot with tortilla chips.
