Spinach Salad With Mandarin Orange Serrano Vinaigrette

3/4 Jar of Texas Gourmet Mandarin Orange Serrano Jelly
4 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsps Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsps Fresh Lemon Juice
In a bowl combine the above ingredients
Drizzle dressing over salads and top with blue cheese crumbs

Prepare individual salads on a plate with freshly rinsed and torn spinach, topped with jicama cut into julienne sticks, sliced fresh strawberries, roasted pecan halves and thinly sliced purple onions.
